Many people experience issues like lifting edges, poor adhesion, or short wear time when using semi-cured gel nail strips.
But in most cases, it’s not the product—or even your technique.
It’s the temperature.☕️
A little warmth makes all the difference.
Before applying the nail strips, gently warming them can soften the gel layer,
helping it better conform to the natural curve of your nail.
This leads to smoother application and longer-lasting results—especially in cooler environments.
Use a hair dryer on low heat for just a few seconds,
or simply rub the strip between your hands to warm it with your body temperature.
One thing to watch out for:
If your strips have already been exposed to direct sunlight or strong lighting, they may begin curing prematurely.
In that case, even warming won’t help much.
Proper storage is key—keep your strips away from heat and light until you’re ready to use them.
It’s a small detail, but it makes a noticeable difference.
