Woodpecker Beauty Return Policy

At Woodpecker Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

14-Day Return Policy

  • You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received:  Your item must have the black seal bag unopened. Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept the return.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns on sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item following our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order, for any reason.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
